Jen Hamilton Inspired Me to Share My Story by Lucia Mitro

Today I want to thank someone I've never met. Her name is Jen Hamilton. She doesn't know this, but her courage gave me the courage to finally tell a story I've carried for many years.

When Jen openly spoke about her divorce and announced her new project to help women leave abusive relationships, it touched something very personal in me. Years ago, I found myself in a similar situation—isolated, financially trapped, and desperately trying to protect my son while searching for a safe way out.

In this video, I share a chapter of my life that I rarely speak about. My hope is that someone who feels alone today will realize they are not alone.

I also want to thank Jen Hamilton for turning pain into purpose. Her mission has the potential to change countless lives, and I wholeheartedly support it.
